I know that it can be a big step starting a martial art, you can feel nervous and anxious when attending classes at the beginning. This is perfectly natural; it is a start of something new and you will face new challenges when you start training.

It is our job as instructors to help you with these challenges and to develop your skills inside the training hall (Dojang).

You will also make new friends and improve your social life.
